Management Profile

        Mr. Olufemi Boyede - MD / CEO
                    Mr. Femi Boyede is the Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer of the company. He is engaged in the day to day running of the company's affairs and has overall responsibility for the company's performance. He oversees the activities of the various departments and coordinates the human resources to achieve the set goals.
                    Additionally, he provides the right leadership in maximizing business opportunities and added responsibility for policy formulation and overall marketing of the company's products and services.
                    He is a fellow of the Institute of Export of Ngeria and an international trade expert and consultant to the Geneva-based International Trade Centre (ITC). He is also a member of the Institute of Directors of Nigeria.
                    Mr. Boyede has served on the following committees in demonstration of his commitment to Government economic programmes.

        Mr. Eddie Okhiria - Assistant General Manager
                    Mr. Okhiria is responsible for coordinating the activities of the company's international consultancy department. He is also incharge of clients services, export strategy formulation and supervises the domestic operations team.
                    Mr. Okhiria has over 22 years of experience in banking, export / import trade, collateral management and export consultancy. He has attended several local and international courses, workshops and conferences on export finance and marketing run by various professionnal bodies including the Chartered Insitute of Bankers of Nigeria and the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC). His industriousness, diligence, experience and expertise in the discharge of Export services have been recognized by the Nigerian Export - Import Bank (NEXIM) which awarded Mr. Okhiria the Best Export Desk Officer for the year 1992.
                    Mr. Okhiria is versed in Agricultural Export Commodity Finance techniques, controls and related transformation, financing and monitoring; collateral management and export / import trade.

Mr. Benjamin Olatunji Boyede - Senior Manager (Finance / Admin / Operations)
Mr. Olatunji Boyede is responsible for coordinating the company's domestic operations including finance, administration, accounts and protocol unit. He is also in charge of processing and administration of export incentives portfolio.

        Mr. Olaniyi Alabi - Senior Executive Officer (Accountant)
                    Mr. Alabi is responsible for coordinating the company's accounts. He ensures that proper records are kept and accounting reports are prepared timely for management in line with company policy and standard accounting practices and procedures.
                    He prepares risk assessment reports and identifies potential risks and mitigants for management.
